The Orange Club townhome, located in the heart of downtown Sarasota, was designed with the perfect balance of natural elements intertwined with contemporary clean lines, creating a modern coastal sanctuary.

 

This projects' palette consists of bringing in Sarasota's coastal tones, combining calming neutrals while incorporating blue and green hues to add a sense of contrast to the home.

​The highlight of this home is the contemporary rooftop patio overlooking downtown Sarasota. To keep the flow of the rooftop consistent with the rest of the home, we designed the space with neutral and contemporary outdoor living furniture to give contrast to the patio flooring, creating a light and airy atmosphere.
