In this property's original sate, it was designed with very heavy and dark tones, however the bones and location of this waterfront home boasts exquisite views of Sarasota Bay. The client wanted to keep many of the traditional decorative elements of the home, while giving the interior and exterior an updated design.

 

The interior of the home was given a fresh coat of white paint to brighten and update the design.  In addition to the paint selection, many of the furniture, lighting and accent pieces were selected with the idea in mind to stick with an overall neutral scheme but, to mix various textures, tones and patterns, to create an elevated atmosphere.
